We are an online marketing consulting agency. We help business owners with social media strategy, paid advertising, search visibility, content, email marketing, and lead generation.

Information on this website, including service descriptions and package pricing, is for general information and may change at any time. Paid client work is governed by a separate written proposal, service agreement, or invoice ("Client Agreement"). If a Client Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Client Agreement controls.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These SMS terms apply to the Grow Sales With Marketing text messaging program.

• Program description: When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Grow Sales With Marketing (Authentic Authority LLC) about your inquiry, consultation and appointment reminders, project and account updates, customer support, and, if you separately agree, marketing messages such as tips, offers, and event invitations.
• How you opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form or another form we provide, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent. Consent is never pre-checked.
• Consent is not required to buy: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services rely on and may link to third-party platforms, such as Meta, Google, our hosting provider, and our CRM, chat, and messaging tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or their privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
