Grow Sales With Marketing is a brand of Authentic Authority LLC ("Grow Sales With Marketing," "Authentic Authority," "we," "us," or "our"), which is an online marketing consulting agency based in North Carolina. We help business owners with social media strategy, paid advertising, search visibility, content, email marketing, and lead generation.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website at growsaleswithmarketing.online, when you interact with us through our Facebook and Instagram pages, our ads and lead forms, our website chat, booking and intake forms, email, text messages, phone calls, and video meetings, when you attend our trainings or workshops, or when you become a client (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us, information collected automatically when you use our website, online forms, booking pages, or links, and information from third parties.

Information you provide directly

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, business name, job title, and mailing address.
• Business information: your industry, website, social media accounts, goals, budget, and marketing challenges you share in forms, calls, or questionnaires.
• Communications: emails, direct messages, website chat messages, automated and manual text messages, call notes, and recordings of consultations and video meetings. We will tell you before we record.
• Account access: login access or permissions you grant us to your social media, ad, analytics, website, or CRM accounts so we can deliver more in-depth services.
• Payment information: billing details processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Event and training information: registration details and feedback from workshops, webinars, or coaching sessions.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, time on page, and clicks.
• Approximate location: city or region inferred from your IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies: described in Section 4.

Information from third parties

• Advertising and social platforms: when you interact with our ads or submit a lead form on Facebook, Instagram, Google, or similar platforms, we may receive your name, contact details, and responses.

Your choices: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, adjust ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram, and Google account settings, and opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies may affect how some forms and the website chat work.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where required by law. We do not currently respond to other "Do Not Track" browser signals.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below.

• Service providers: companies that help us operate, such as website hosting, CRM and email platforms, scheduling tools, payment processors, video and file storage, and AI or productivity tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising and analytics partners: platforms such as Meta and Google receive data through our pixels and tags, or through customer lists we upload in hashed (encrypted) form, to measure and target our ads. Under some state laws this may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising"; see Section 9 to opt out.
• Independent contractors: vetted team members, such as editors or designers, who help deliver client work under confidentiality obligations.
• With your consent: for example, if you agree to be featured in a testimonial or case study.
• Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, court orders, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Grow Sales With Marketing and Authentic Authority LLC, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of all or part of our business.

None of the above categories include sharing your mobile number or text messaging consent for third-party marketing. See Section 7.

6. Client Data We Handle on Our Clients' Behalf

When we run campaigns, funnels, email lists, or ad accounts for a client, we may handle personal information about that client's own customers and leads. In those cases, our client controls that data and we process it only on their instructions and under our service agreement.

If you are a customer or lead of one of our clients and have questions about your data, please contact that business directly. We will assist our clients in responding to your request as required.

We keep client account credentials and data confidential, limit access to people who need it, and return or delete client data when an engagement ends, unless the law or our agreement requires otherwise.

7. Email and Text Messaging

Email: If you join our list, download a resource, or become a client, we may send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email. We will still send service-related messages, such as invoices and project updates.

Text messages (SMS): We send automated and manual marketing or informational texts only if you give consent, for example by checking a box on a form. Message frequency varies. 8. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. That generally means for the length of our relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for records, tax, legal, and dispute purposes. Leads who never become clients are kept until they unsubscribe or ask us to delete their information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls, strong passwords and two-factor authentication on our accounts, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information.
• Get a copy of your information in a portable format.
• Opt out of targeted advertising, the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and certain profiling.
• Appeal our decision if we deny your request.

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have these rights by law. Where these laws do not apply to us, we will still make reasonable efforts to honor access, correction, deletion, and marketing opt-out requests.

We will verify your identity before responding and reply within the time the law requires (usually 45 days). You may use an authorized agent with written permission. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Children, International Users, and Third-Party Links

Children: Our Services are for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where state law applies). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International users: We are based in the United States, and your information will be stored and processed here. By using the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that U.S. privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Third-party links: Our website, social pages, posts, ads, and messages may link to other websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
